At the Ladder, we celebrate many things. We celebrate everyday wins like making our beds, making eye contact, holding our heads up. We celebrate new wins like sharing in a meeting for the first time, the birth of a calf, or learning to drive a tractor. We celebrate big wins like one-month, six-month, one year, and multiple years in recovery anniversaries. We celebrate our current residents who have made a commitment to change their lives. We celebrate our alumni who are living healthy lives in recovery. We celebrate our staff whose dedication and love are making a difference. And we celebrate our friends and supporters whose gifts of love, prayer, time, supplies, and financial assistance make all of this possible.
